This is Gregory (Pudov) from the RW Masters Forum. Just checking in. Like the new design and good to see you getting your training in despite those cold temps in Timmons (what? -17 or -18 C). I imagine with the wind chill it feels even colder.
I'm in the 4th week of Pfitz's 18/55 training plan (Did you get his book yet?) and so far so good (doing a little extra mileage until the program catches up to my current mpw of 44/45 mpw. Got a 1/2 marathon next Sunday (December 16th) starting in Yoido and going along the Han River. Never run a 1/2 before even so it should be interesting.
Anyway, as I said, just saying "Hi" and stay warm and continued success in your training.
