There isn't much to say about my running. I'm awaiting my back MRI and running a basic 30-35 mpw in an effort to retain my sanity. Some days running feels good, others are a little uncomfortable.

It's hard to forsee a change when thers an ongoing pattern of pain and numbness in the left leg and lower back. But, when I feel good my running seems fine.

There's snow on the ground now. Let the season begin.

Glad you are able to get some comfortable running in! Snow in some shaded areas here too!

Ron, I hope the MRI turns out well, you're doing the right thing by taking it easy and cross-training. As I've said before, I am a huge believer in abs/core workouts to counteract running-induced imbalances.

Hang in there Ron. I hope the MRI gives you some answers. Keep up with the push-ups or any other core strengthening exercises. Hey, snow is good. That's my middle name ;)
